Please notify us at the below email address within 30 days of delivery if you wish to return or exchange your item. You then have a further 14 days to return the item back to us, unfortunately, Janey Butler Collections is unable to pay for the return postage on unwanted items which were received in good condition. We will issue your exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the unwanted item back to us. We suggest you always get proof of shipment in case of any issues with return delivery. Orders can be cancelled up until shipment collection. Orders which have been processed or paid are unable to be cancelled, the order must be returned as per the refund policy. For any concerns or orders made in error, we recommend you contact us as soon as you are able at info@janeybutlercollections.co.uk

Any item received damaged or broken can be returned and refunded within 30 days of delivery receipt. Please notify us by email at the below email address to schedule the item return, we will offer a replacement where stocks are available, or a full refund of the order value. Janey Butler Collections will refund the full order value plus the delivery costs associated with the order if the item is received damaged or broken.
